Shipping

All items usually ship within 48 hours after placement of order. Please allow extra 2 weeks for orders with custom items. Orders with overnight delivery service usually ship out the same day, when placed by 12 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday thu Friday.

Domestic Shipping

We provide the option to use various carriers to deliver your orders, but the United States Postal Service is generally used for most of our shipments.

International Shipping

We are happy to accept international orders. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within a period of Thirty (30) days and must be in like-new condition, by being free from stains, rips, tears and marks.

Must request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by sending a message to returns@countrynmore.com. Please reference your order number, the item number, and describe your reason for dissatisfaction.

All returning packages must be insured. Shipping costs are not refundable and the cost of shipping returns to countrynmore.com is the sole responsibility of the customer. Countrynmore.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
